Cleaning Up Category Lists In Joomla
One of the great things about Joomla is that it has an amazing structure for displaying all documents within a category. However, the default view of these category lists shows everything that the category list page can show and this often leads to a cluttered and confusing page that may not be to your liking. This video shows how to, step-by-step, remove each extra piece on the category page until you are left with just your article list. Depending on your site’s Joomla template design and how you want to present your site’s navigation, you can pick and choose what to remove on your Joomla category pages.
Since category pages are key to your site visitors being able to use and enjoy your Joomla website, it is well worth spending a few minutes to optimize your Joomla category lists pages.
